Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) 100% FTE, Monday-Friday at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Illinois licensure or eligible, plus CPR certification; ongoing CEUs required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
