Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Kaseman

Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs to improve physical function and independence in daily activities. Continuously reassess treatment plans, educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures, and prepare required written documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care while maintaining departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and infection control protocols. Work collaboratively with physical therapy assistants to treat patients of all ages and abilities within the outpatient rehabilitation department.
