Job Summary
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs to improve physical dysfunction and independence. Continuously reassess treatment plans, educate patients and families on home programs, and communicate with physicians and other providers regarding care. Prepare written documentation, maintain departmental policies and infection control standards, and participate in educational programs and special project teams. Work collaboratively with physical therapy assistants to treat patients of all ages and abilities within the outpatient rehabilitation department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- NM License of Physical Therapy
- BLS
