Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with state licensure and two years of experience; includes a $20,000 hiring incentive and $5,000 relocation for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
