Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy segments to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with state licensure, two years of experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
