Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions with patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions during day shift hours. Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education on home care strategies. This role supports our dedicated team in the Gateway to the Redwoods region, focusing on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a full-time schedule.
