Physical Therapist (Outpatient), Day Shift, Full-Time

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting during day shift hours. Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and function. Assist with patient education regarding injury prevention and rehabilitation progress. This role is part of a team dedicated to restoring function and quality of life for patients in the Gateway to the Redwoods area.
