Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate protocols to restore and improve patient functions, while completing evaluations, establishing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Supervise assigned assistants and serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups to meet department objectives. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Potter Valley, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
