Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate protocols to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Plan and lead treatment programs while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation is submitted within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position in Willits, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
