Physical Therapist (Outpatient), Day Shift, Full-Time

Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a full-time, day-shift rotation within our Gateway to the Redwoods facility. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
