Physical Therapist- Outpatient

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and complying with regulatory standards. Work directly alongside orthopedic surgeons in a hospital-based outpatient setting with therapist-driven scheduling and clinical autonomy.
