Physical Therapist- Outpatient

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and complying with regulatory standards. This hospital-based outpatient role offers therapist-driven scheduling, clinical autonomy, and supportive mentorship for new graduates within Central Maine Medical Center's integrated EMR environment.
