Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor progress, modify plans as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and complying with regulatory standards. Grow orthopedic specialty skills by working directly alongside surgeons in a hospital-based outpatient setting with therapist-driven scheduling and one-on-one patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
