Physical Therapist- Outpatient

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress, modify plans as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and complying with hospital standards. New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome to join this outpatient orthopedic specialty role at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine.
