Job Summary
Assess patient needs, set functional goals, and implement treatment plans to prevent complications and promote wellness. Provide interventions for existing and emerging problems while educating patients and caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure optimal continuum of care under minimal supervision. This role requires a California Physical Therapist License, BLS certification, and experience in varied settings. Full-time 8-hour day shifts are available at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, a High-Performance Hospital recognized by U.S. News & World Report.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- California Physical Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
