Physical Therapist- Outpatient

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor progress, modify plans as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Grow orthopedic specialty skills by working directly alongside surgeons in hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation. Enjoy therapist-driven scheduling, clinical autonomy, and one-on-one patient care without double booking.
