Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations for orthopedic conditions and sports injuries, then design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced manual therapy and functional training. Educate patients and families on movement mechanics, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies while collaborating with physicians to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system and stay current with orthopedic advancements through ongoing professional development. This onsite role focuses on adult and elderly patients recovering from surgeries and age-related conditions, with regular hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-focused care
- Strictly onsite work at the outpatient office in Daytona Beach, Florida
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM operating hours
