Physical Therapist - Outpatient – Camp Verde

Conduct patient assessments, develop plans of care with goals and home instructions, and delegate selected treatments to supportive personnel while maintaining supervision. Evaluate patients through chart reviews and interpret tests, then implement treatments and document responses per department policy. Participate in care conferences, review minutes, and attend 75% of monthly department meetings to evaluate progress and revise discharge plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, state regulations, and mandatory training modules while meeting productivity goals. Provide education to patients and families, mentor peers, and collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to address physical and developmental needs across all ages.
