Job Summary
Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services, establish diagnoses and treatment plans, and re-assess ongoing effects. Collaborate with care delivery teams and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides. Prioritize orthopedic experience and maintain current Wisconsin licensure and BLS certification. Work two evening shifts at the Brookfield Corridor Clinic during Monday through Friday hours, with no weekend or holiday coverage required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Must be available for two evening shifts until close on two non-consecutive evenings
- Must be able to work Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 7am-5:30pm
- Must be able to work 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Strong orthopedic experience preferred
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred
