Job Summary
Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation and treatment for orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic conditions; establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status, educates Patients and families, collaborates with other health care providers, delegates to assistants, completes documentation, and offers assessment/reassessment/consultations. Requires a PT license with preferred Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and supports a sign-on bonus and CEU budgeting. Work schedule includes 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations, in Farmington, MO within Parkland Health Center’s outpatient facility and related campus/services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist License
