Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Outpatient Physical Therapist provides skilled PT services in a 1:1 setting for patients with a variety of physical impairments. Responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering treatments, educating patients and families, collaborating with other health care providers, referring to specialists as needed, delegating to assistants and students, completing documentation, and providing assessment/reassessment for physical therapy services. Requires a Physical Therapist License; education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with Master’s Degree preferred. The role emphasizes mentorship within an experienced rehab team and contributing to discharge planning and patient-centered care.
