Job Summary
Physical Therapist | Outpatient position at Therapy Center-Aberdeen. Responsible for daily coordination and delivery of PT services, evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment programs, and coordinating with rehabilitation, medical, and nursing care plans. Maintains documentation, communicates with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team; participates in ongoing education and adheres to CARE values. May be eligible for a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment. 1-3 years preferred. Primary work in an in-person outpatient setting with standard hours and rotating weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in state of practice
- Doctorate or professional degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent credential as required by state licensing board
