Job Summary
Evaluate, assess progress, and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for a patient caseload in Manhattan. Ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience while documenting all treatments in the EMR. Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed. Earn $75–$83/hour with no cap on income, scaling directly with visits, and receive uncapped referral bonuses. This role is for licensed New York State Physical Therapists working as 1099 independent contractors to build a full caseload of 20–30+ visits weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in NYS
- BLS certification
- Job Type: 1099 independent contractor
