Evaluate patient conditions and execute evidence-based outpatient treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals within general ortho, sports medicine, and post-operative care. Design and adapt dynamic plans of care in close collaboration with patients and families, ensuring every treatment phase aligns with evolving needs. Guide treatment safety and quality by directly supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support staff while continuously evaluating patient progress to refine techniques and ensure optimal outcomes. Deliver personalized care Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with Friday hours from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, at Ascension Via Christi in Wichita.
