Physical Therapist - Outpatient *$5000 Sign-On Bonus*

Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluating patients, planning and administering prescribed PT treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and relieve pain. Communicate with physicians/other departments about PT factors, document findings and treatments for medical records, educate patients and families, and support the therapy staff while upholding patient confidentiality. Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, current state PT license, and BLS certification; 2 years of experience preferred. Salary is complemented by a $5000 sign-on bonus and the role involves clinical duties in an outpatient rehabilitation setting at Hughston Clinic.
