Job Summary
Physical Therapist (outpatient) role with on-site placement at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, MT. Responsibilities include screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities; developing treatment plans and home exercise regimens; educating patients and caregivers; collaborating with an interprofessional team; and documenting assessments and plans to support functional recovery and reintegration into work/community. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 for full-time roles. Minimum qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) and Montana state licensure, plus BLS certification. Schedule includes full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with flexible options; on-site work with standard clinical duties and diverse patient care settings in outpatient and acute care contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure is required
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance onsite during scheduled hours
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Team-player capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
