Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while developing treatment strategies that include exercise regimens to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. Document initial and ongoing assessments and determine patient readiness for independent reintegration into the workplace or community. Perform these duties onsite in a fast-paced outpatient environment, utilizing various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available with a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
