Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while developing treatment strategies that include exercise regimens to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Document initial and ongoing assessments, determine patient independence for community reintegration, and utilize various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Requires full-time, part-time, or PRN onsite hours in Miles City, Montana, with active licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
