Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, and treat patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while documenting assessments and developing treatment strategies including exercise regimens. Determine patient independence for community reintegration and utilize various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Perform initial and ongoing assessments, create plans describing treatment purposes and outcomes, and manage both outpatient and acute care patients. Requires full-time, part-time, or PRN onsite hours in Miles City, Montana, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
