Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments. Develop treatment strategies with exercise regimens to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance, and determine patient independence for community reintegration. Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling in accordance with standard practices. Requires Bachelor's through Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, active Montana licensure, and current BLS certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN onsite hours available in Miles City, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
