Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while developing treatment strategies that include exercise regimens to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Document initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions and determine patients' ability to reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Perform these duties onsite at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana, with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN hours. The role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and provides access to comprehensive rehabilitation services for both outpatient and acute care patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
