Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, and treat patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers while documenting initial and ongoing assessments. Develop treatment strategies including exercise regimens to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance, and determine patient ability to reintegrate into the workplace or community. Perform these duties onsite at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana, for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
