Physical Therapist

Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients' physical conditions and needs, then develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols while educating them on their recovery process to set realistic expectations. Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care, documenting progress and maintaining accurate patient records. Be a supportive presence in the lives of patients, helping them regain confidence and independence in an outpatient orthopedic setting. All levels of experience are welcome, including new graduates.
