Job Summary
Evaluate patients with orthopedic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility. Deliver therapeutic interventions during one-on-one appointments lasting approximately 45 minutes, while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligibility upon hire)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and deliver orthopedic therapy services
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Experience working with orthopedic patients in outpatient or clinical settings
