Per diem Physical Therapist position in Canandaigua, NY focusing on Sports/Orthopedic patients. Evaluate and treat in outpatient setting with documentation per state, federal, JCAHO, and insurance guidelines. DPT degree preferred; NYS licensure required. Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy
