Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, including orthopedic and pelvic health cases. Conduct patient evaluation and treatment while offering professional consultations to achieve maximum independence based on individual functional levels and age-related needs. Requires an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree, an Oregon Physical Therapist License, and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, a day schedule, and full-time employment in Hood River, Oregon. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually and 25 days of paid time off are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
