Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois with direct patient care responsibilities across the Northwestern Medicine system. Manages patient plans of care in collaboration with treating PT/PTA, participates in committee work and department process improvement, mentors clinical interns, and contributes to education and program development. Demonstrates four NM values (teamwork, patients first, integrity, excellence); documents care and communications in the EMR; adheres to professional standards and ethics; supports productivity and cost-containment efforts; engages in ongoing education and clinical instruction; and participates in marketing and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, State of Illinois licensure, and BLS. Preferred: Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
