Outpatient Physical Therapist to join an established orthopedic/sports therapy program in Tyler, TX. Provide patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy care in collaboration with hospital partners, supported by a new TBI-certified Golf Program, Biomechanics Lab, and Dry Needling offerings. Responsibilities include advancing care coordination, delivering comprehensive treatment, and participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities.
