Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic/sports medicine patients; design and adjust care plans with goals, outcomes, and discharge planning; educate patients, families, and care teams using effective teaching methods; perform patient examinations and determine diagnoses and treatment outcomes; monitor care delivered by support personnel, ensure safety and ethical standards, and participate in team/program activities; serve as clinical instructor when assigned by team lead/manager; contribute to documentation and meeting performance standards; support customer service and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois
- Bachelor’s Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA
- Outpatient orthopedic clinical experience
