Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois IDFPR
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association
- Bachelor‘s Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)
- Work Experience: Outpatient orthopedic
