Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients in a mix of orthopedic and oncology populations while maintaining open, respectful communication with all parties. Adhere to state practice acts, laws, and government regulations by completing and maintaining required trainings. Join the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program team to help improve quality of life for patients affected by cancer through personalized rehabilitation plans. Complete mandatory education and training within the first 6-12 months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
