Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients with a mixed caseload of orthopedics and oncology. Maintain open communication with all parties while adhering to state practice acts, laws, and government regulations. Complete and maintain all required trainings. Work full-time Monday through Friday in our outpatient center, supporting the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation team's mission to improve quality of life for cancer patients through personalized rehabilitation plans.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in physical therapy
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
