Job Summary
Provide orthopedic-focused physical therapy in an outpatient Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy Apple Valley clinic. Responsibilities include delivering quality therapy to patients, assessing patient needs, selecting tests and measures, making clinical judgments, designing and implementing therapeutic interventions, coordinating with physicians and families, supervising the plan of care, participating in performance and process improvement, supporting new services, and contributing to clinic operations such as scheduling and room maintenance. The role may include opportunities to work with pelvic health patients and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, 8-hour day/evening shift position with no weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist - MN State Board of Physical Therapy required if providing services in Minnesota upon hire
- Licensed Physical Therapist - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required if providing services in Wisconsin upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross or Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days)
- Valid Driver’s License required upon hire
