Job Summary
Lead a startup clinic from the ground up as an Equity Partner, shaping location, culture, and team development with full support for marketing, HR, legal, IT, and revenue cycle management. Before launch, complete intensive training in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. Work alongside experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics to ensure confidence before opening doors. This role offers a voice in patient experience and direct ownership in building a clinic within the Ivy Rehab network, which operates over 500 locations nationwide.
