Lead the end-to-end launch and operation of a startup physical therapy clinic in Christiansburg, Virginia, with full autonomy over location selection, team development, and patient experience. You will work closely with support teams in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management to build a sustainable practice. This role offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000, a competitive bonus plan post-launch, and true equity ownership.
