Job Summary
Lead the launch and daily operations of a startup outpatient physical therapy clinic as an Equity Partner. Drive clinic location selection, culture building, and team development while managing recruiting, financial oversight, and community outreach. You will work alongside experienced leaders to execute a proven path to success, utilizing support in marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management. This role offers full salary before launch, a bonus plan, and true ownership in a network of 500+ locations.
