Job Summary
Lead the launch and operation of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Linden, NJ, while serving as an equity partner. Drive clinic location selection, culture development, and team building from the ground up. Manage clinical operations, financial oversight, and community outreach to grow patient referrals. Receive comprehensive training in leadership, recruiting, and business management before opening doors. Work alongside experienced leaders to ensure confidence and support throughout the startup process.
