Lead the founding and operation of a startup outpatient clinic as an Equity Partner, with full voice in location selection, team development, and patient experience. Execute clinic launch and daily management using support for marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management. Receive comprehensive training in leadership, recruiting, financial management, and community outreach before opening doors. Earn a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 annually plus a competitive bonus plan once the clinic launches, with full benefits starting in the first 30 days.
