Job Summary
Lead the launch and daily operations of a startup outpatient clinic as an Equity Partner, shaping location, culture, and team development from the ground up. Manage clinic finances, recruit and interview staff, and drive community outreach while leveraging support in marketing, HR, legal, and IT. Complete intensive training in leadership, operations, and financial management before opening, then utilize ScribeIQ to maximize patient interaction time.
