Job Summary
Lead the launch and operation of a startup outpatient clinic in Martinsville, Virginia, with full autonomy over location selection, team hiring, and financial management. You will drive community outreach and referral growth while building a culture focused on retention and exceptional patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, and RCM to ensure your success. This role includes a base salary of $100,000–$115,000, a competitive bonus plan post-launch, and true equity ownership. You will also gain access to the De Novo Business School, clinical career ladders, and extensive professional development resources.
